CTL 480 is pretty damn solid if you're willing to spend a bit more, if not I'd just buy another Huion 420 pen.
I can recommend the new Wacom CTL-472. CTL-480 is hard to find nowadays, and many people have had lag problems with 490.
I would recommend the CTH 480 if you are willing to pay extra. If you are on a budget, definitely go with the XP pen G430. (Cheap and works just as well as the Wacom, albiet with terrible software that hardly even works)
