In fact both "Kawada Mami" and "Mami Kawada" are used in osu.... but anyway.
From the original post (screenshot):
Shouldn't the artist be Mami kawada, without the extra "i"?
Just saying, if it is you'll have to Full Submit to fix this.
Also, I don't know if this is an opening or an ending but you should consider adding what it is to the tags.

fixed artist and added tag.
I really hope someone could do the rebubble instead of me since the minor things get changed so many times and i really doubt if i have missed something, but such long time passed and i recheck those things... should be fine.
