So when it comes to osu, I have an xp-pen tablet and pen. Recently my index finger on my right hand has been acting really strange... when moving my pen to move my cursor, I started to feel a sort of electronic kind of current going through my index finger but I just shrugged it of as pain from moving to fast as I could still feel the tip of my finger. While I was watching video's on youtube, I realized my index finger was really numb to the point where if I pinched it I couldn't feel a thing yet the electrical currents continued everytime I pulled my index finger back. This numbness and electronic feeling is only in the middle of my right index finger and I only realized it this night but it seems to be getting worst and I'm not even playing osu right now. I'm not sure what this is about tbh so because I think I got it from pen grip, I'm asking here to see if anyone had any simalar symptoms. I can give images of the finger and where the numbness is, if needed.

This sounds like a nerve issue. If a nerve is irritated, it can cause an electrical-like feeling. My recommendation would be to slowly stretch your fingers before and after you play. Also, make sure your hands are warmed up before.
