EDIT1: here's some feedback:

https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/9670349: 3 DT mods? never knew that's a thing owo (NC has that problem too)
follow circle is slightly too big, check -GN's skin for that plz

http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/9670359 hitbursts aren't lined up with score text, you can use hitSOMETHING for the ranking screen and then hitSOMETHING-0 for gameplay

This is original sliderfollowcircle size from osu!lazer (by proportion slider<>followcircle)

Latest 2018-08-20 update has skin.ini issue on it. None of the skin element loads. Here is a screenshot



Tried 2017-11-30 update. That works without skin.ini issue. But has weird slider ball out of frame issue. Here is a screenshot -

That looks like an old osu client. This skin is obviously not meant for that.

Matt2e2 is right. Update your osu! client to the latest (stable) version for the skin to work properly!

[UPD]But if you do not want to use the latest (stable) version for some reason, download this archive https://puu.sh/BiqE9/112243735b.zip and extract files in skin folder with replacement

You are right. I am running a old Fallback version of osu!(because my PC can't run latest stable build).

The fix you provided fixed the out of circle issue. Now it's working really great.
