Pen grip

I've been playing on tablet for ~2 months now and after longer game sessions my hand starts hurting because I bend my hand. I try to put it straight, but it just comes back... Anyone knows what I could do?

it happens because of stress, relax and enjoy the game for what it is and you it won't happen

Generally, when you grab the pen it's recommended not to break it (your wrist). You have probably understood by this point how to grab the pen but here's a picture http://perfectgolfswingreview.net/HandNeutralTwo.jpg. Now imagine that hand with a pen. If you are right- handed just mirror that resting position (apparently).
