when i try to my circles with my pen and keep touching the tablet it stops/lags a little bit its really annoying and i can't find the fix for it and its also in windows not only Osu

But when i disable WtabletservicePro it doesn't lag anymore but my tablet area is full and can't change it and my hover distance is lower

Disable Windows Ink in your tablet drivers. This could be located in a few different places depending on what type of tablet you have.

Other than that, you can tape the tip of the pen so it is always pressed. That way it won't lag when you accidentally touch it

Turn off Mouse clicks with F10?
