[Archived] Update loop + beatmaps doesn't load

so i haven't played osu for a while
and i wanted to play something

At first i even couldn't open osu cuz updater was restarting over and over
i manage to somehow fix it but now they're other problems
- my osu can't load ANY beatmap
- it still keeps updating but i can at least open it
- when i upload a mp3 file it's invisible in play -> solo
- when im trying to login osu restarts

have you tried to reinstall osu ?

7 or even more times.

dl this installer [...] and replace it with osu.exe

doesn't work

delette osu.cfg and use this installer [...]

also doesn't work

No idea who suggested this, but because you did this, are your beatmaps still inside your song folder? If you did not explicitly save them, osu! would not do this on its own.

No idea who suggested this, but because you did this, are your beatmaps still inside your song folder? If you did not explicitly save them, osu! would not do this on its own.

I have them saved somewhere on my dekstop so they're all safe
in my songs folder are only the basic ones that you're getting when you're installing osu
