Hmm yeah, I think Timing is quite ok, ut you should change BPM to 138.90.
It's sound better and often are these rounded numbers the better choise ;) (lol I used twice times "better" in one sentence xD)
The Offset should be the same with 151. I didn't hear a different between 151, 153 or 155 as the Offset :D
Hmm.. I see you haven't a BG yet... I don't know if you have one and haven't used it until now or not. If you have no BG until now:

Hmm yeah ok, I understand the think with the BG and you have now another nice BG which fits better. It was just a search yesterday for 5 min. or so... It wasn't a big thing and I didn't expect that you will use it (even if the size were right... I hadn't take a look on it. Shame on me D:)

Offset:: 595 (Actually, it was supposed to be either -1133, due to your note being before the second offset. Or, you can use 4049 ~ 4050. It's up to your taste)

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 soundtrack? Caught my attention.

Do not map prior to the first timing point (around 3.6 seconds in). It's basically the "count-in", and serves to provide the player with the relative pace/beat of the song. It's like mapping a drummer who's banging his sticks together or swatting the high-hat before the song begins. Yes, there's a melody there (and a sick bass riff) but as playable objects it's a bit of a fumble.

I'd also suggest removing kiai time. Completely. From every difficulty. The nature of this song doesn't have any room for it.

Regarding the break, I'd recommend the interval between 41:628 and 45:084. It's short, but so is the map, so you should be okay. The stretch of play is only 40 seconds, so that's not bad.

Regarding the custom hitsound, I'd suggest using a tighter snare. Not quite a piccolo or anything, but the fat snare has too deep of a sound. Rip the snare from the Genesis soundboard, if at all possible (there's probably plenty of resources on the Internet for that) but that is in no way necessary. A generic snappy snare should be enough.

I think think this difficulty is way too hard for a Easy imo, but that's what I personally think :3
It's a nice difficulty, the only problem is what I said before. Nothing more to say about this Diff.

For consistency, you have to add the name of creator in Normal diff ([Tea]'s Normal) or delete the name of creator in Taiko diff and would be only Taiko Oni.
Maybe you have to cut the mp3 some sec.
