Problem Details:
I have a real big problems with Wacom tablets.
i have the ctl 471 and the ctl 490.
both have really issues with teleportation cursor and i have a rough time playing osu.
and yes i have used fix my pen and tried with raw input and without raw and i tried everything but it seems that the tablets dont work on this pc very well.
if anyone have a fix please help me out im out of luck

Fullscreen, Borderless or Windowed?

Ya I play it in a portion of the tablet
full screen
the tablets have flicking issues when it is in use the cursor randomly just teleport every 0.5 secs and its really annoying

The latest version of Windows 10 which updated it self for no reason

A video showing the issue would be really helpful. Usually cursor teleportation while using a graphic tablet is caused by malfunction of the pen. But I can't tell for sure if I don't see the cursor's behaviour.

If you're using a laptop, have you disabled the trackpad when using the tablet?

Have you disabled Windows Ink?

I used to have this issues when I had a laptop. Now I have a new desktop PC and still have these problems. And yes I have disabled widows ink.

No, the Clt 471 has a different pen that doesn't work on the Clt 490 and vice versa.

Does only touch cause a similar issue?

Do any devices in Device Manager appear as unknown or not working properly?

Have you tried using the tablets with a different USB cable?

You could uninstall your tablet driver and the left over files then install this older version.

Thank you for your help.
I realized that the problem is from the update of windows.
Before I purchased the wacoms tablets I had a gaomon S56K.
When I play with it now it has the same issue but its much less that the wacom tablets.
I tried every thing to fix it, but still no use.
