Hello from my queue (I did say modding v2 only but i'll mod since i'm nice)

General

In general I think your object placement needs work, as the map seems very messy and unorganised. I'd recommend looking at other maps and try seeing how they made their maps look nice and neat. I do, however, like your use of slider velocity changes to emphasise certain parts.

Dreams
00:15:401 (2,3,4) - This is a bit unexpectedly intense for a slow part of the song. The sounds you mapped are really quiet too, so I think it'd be better to replace this part with two 1/4 beat sliders, so you map the more significant sounds.

00:30:901 (7) - Move this slider up a bit to be linear with 00:30:734 (6) - (I think x:90 and y:160 works well)

00:31:901 (1) - Move this slider down to x:70 and y:130, and then stack 00:32:234 (2) - with the slider head of 00:31:401 (9) -

00:34:568 (2,3) - I think you could make these sliders parallel. If you put them side by side, you can see they're not parallel. I think it'd look nicer if they're parallel fully.

01:24:401 (3) - Remove this slider, you can map something nicely here. Here's what I suggest: https://i.gyazo.com/d7b5b3353e93a5d1e01 ... ca45d4.gif
And if you hit sound this too, it'd sound really good!

01:14:068 (9) - Remove the reverse on this slider, and place a circle at x:375 y:122, and also make the new circle a new combo, and remove the NC here 01:15:068 -

01:32:901 (4) - Remove this, and add a 1/4 beat repeating slider, and a circle and make this circle a new NC like before. Here's an image for what i mean https://i.imgur.com/9RZSmS4.png
(there are other places like these, I couldnt mention them all. Look at all the measures on the timeline (Measures are the "big" white ticks https://i.imgur.com/nLS9DaH.png)

  1. 00:15:401 (4,1,2) - looks pretty bad because of the overlap, try avoiding it when you're not that much familiar with
  2. 00:36:068 - place it differently
  3. 00:55:734 (2) - use the space you have.
  4. 01:02:734 (3) - hm
  5. 01:54:484 (2) - starts too late
  6. 02:08:068 (1,2,1,2) - no shit, but besides that the hitsound is horrible you shouldn't use this sound in such cute parts. the whole part tho. I assume you're mapping with some custom skin, what you shouldn't do. Always let it sound good with the default skin or add custom sounds. In general I'll give you the tip to map with the default skin to have perfect skin sizes in mapping.
  7. ...
Okay, this is hard to mod. I'll be honest to you and tell you that your beatmap won't get ranked like that, even when you're getting mods. You still need to practice a lot and I can just give you tips on your way.

  1. Don't ever use 100% volume sound in the song setup, it's way too loud. Maybe think about the soft sampleset too.
  2. Use distance snap. !!! This is so important in mapping, you won't believe. Adjust a good distance and map with it. Sometimes you'll need to adjust it and you can just do that by pressing the alt key to have the distance spacing thing at the top right corner.
  3. Don't copy parts and paste them somewhere again. Be creative instead.
  4. Change the slider velocity in the timing tab to something different than 1,40. It's up to you, but don't exaggerate it!
  5. Turn off grid snap, you don't need it.
  6. Use 1/2 or 1/4 in the beat snap divisor.
  7. Learn about good placement of objects by taking a look at maps you like and want to learn of. If you have a favourite mapper, go into their editor and just learn from the things the mapper did. That helps a lot with the time.
Don't give up, you're just still at the beginning. When I started mapping, my maps looked much more horrible. Hope you understand my mod.

  2. In some places you spam finishes is way over the top. It doesn't particular follow a certain musical layer and again it be be jarring listening to finishes over and over again. It's 99% it's better to just stick to add finishes where there in the song
  3. You don't need as many kiai breaks as you have
  4. Try and keep NC lengths consistent (at least in the same sections). For example 02:00:068 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - this combo length is 1 measure long and 01:26:234 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - is 2 measures long. A good rule of thumb (99% of the time) for insane diffs is to have them 1 measure long (preferably starting on every big white tick as well).

i'm going through your mod, and yeah, i'll be real with you, hitsounding has never been my strong point, and you are right about my mapping. Wasn't there a modding tutor program thing, earlier in the year?

I think remove the heart-shaped slider at the end and remove the long spinner at the end which goes on 'till after the song ends, keep the spinner but just shorten it a bit.

Apart from that great job on the map, looks great and seems like you put a lot of effort into it.
