I have some REALLY persistent people who don't like me, and it's annoying. Ignore and disabling PMs doesn't seem to be enough because they can either mention me on #osu with death threats or spectate me and use #spectate. Avoiding these people is impossible without offline play.

There is an option called "Chat ignore list", add their name to that and you should not be able to see any messages or receive any PMs from them until they are removed from the list.

Adding their name to this list prevents you from seeing any of their highlights or messages in every channel, this includes #spectator.
