Why, are you noticing more lag lately? Play the beatmap again, and then hover your mouse over the Performance graph (where Unstable rate is shown), and check to see what the two numbers after "Error:" says.
The first number shows you how early you were on average for all the circles you hit too early. The second number shows you how late you were on average for all the circles you hit too late.
If the numbers show something like "-0.00 ms - 999999.99 ms" then you know that you're WAY too late for all the circles. In that case, you should adjust your offset.
