Mh, I would more say it's a question about humanity. He dosen't own anything, since he put the mp3 files and the BG's together, but it was still his idea to put those songs together(who else would think chipscape and banned for ever are fitting this well together?) and Endles didn't even asked to use it - I thought he have.
So I would say it is justified that he is wondering about it.

(but I'm sure adding a single line crediting Ephemeral for his job well done wouldn't go astray -- it isn't going to cause you any harm).
Make it simple, next way add something to the BG so you can then come and bitch about they using it, you got a random image from Google and an mp3 from who knows where, you got nothing to complain about.

I made the mp3 myself using an editing video/audio software. I edited the two beatmap backgrounds together on Photoshop.
Please don't say anything you don't know about.

There was misunderstanding between me & BD.He thought I copied the whole mapset but actually they're different.I contacted him and we're clear now.Also,Blue Dragon would make a guest diff on it as well as OnosakiHito's [Taikosaki].So there'll be 3 diffs included in the mapset.Maybe it would take long to finish.Ill still finish it.
Made a new bg for the map..it is your choice of using it (bad english, yay :3)

I tried to replace the BG with yours.It is awesome(especially the fox) but I found that the colors are so similar to the combo colors(red & pink).Players might get confused.Maybe it'll be better to make Chipscape part of the BG lighter?

00:16:402 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - 这里的间距好像还有点问题...
00:23:629 (11,12,13) - 还是不要用1/8比较好...总觉得稍微有些多此一举0.0?
00:32:220 (11,12,13,14,15) - 这里也用0.4?
00:41:084 (7,8) - 这里和之前的间距变动了..（玩的时候会感觉移动不流畅?
00:54:584 (1,2,3) - 1/6不太适合吧..
