For now if you really dislike a certain background you can delete it from the folder, at least until the new file submission system comes out. The point of the game isn't to just hit notes on a black background just to make it easier to play.

I never see a mod allowing someone to disable every background in the game being made, as it's pretty unnecessary. Basically the same comment for the color change mod. Beatmaps should always be playable with the backgrounds they come with when ranked.

Denying this as a duplicate.
