Friend request notification

Make an option to

1) friend someone

2) follow someone

On the new page your friends are displayed as "x followers". I think the option to just follow someone to see his scores etc. is nice, but a friend option coupled with the suggestion made here would be really nice to have, too.

There have been 2 issues created (1 open, 1 closed) to add the ability to view the follower list, which is essentially what this feature request is asking for. The only difference is the lack of an actual 'notification' when you are added, but being able to view the list itself is probably a pre-requisite for that to happen anyway.
