  1. 00:21:241 (4,1,2) - You might want to make the sliders start on red ticks like you did here 00:23:703 (1,2,3) - , it does a better job of following the main melody (the vocalist)
  2. 00:26:318 (5) - New combo should go here?
  3. 00:31:087 (1,2) - Same thing as the first suggestion
  4. 00:42:318 (1,2,3,4) - And here having the same pattern that you have here 00:31:087 (1,2) - would work better, the slider-circle-slider one, this way the vocal notes would fall on the slider heads
  5. 00:39:857 (1,2,3) - 00:44:780 (1,2,3) - Having all those beats as circles would feel more impactfull and fun imo, right now the notes that fall on the slider end feel unemphasized
  6. 00:44:164 (5,6) - It would make more sense to have the jump on 5 instead of 6 since 5 is on-beat. Basically group that pattern in 2 groups of 4 circles
  7. 00:46:395 (1,2,3,4,5) - You could add a note here 00:46:549 - to make it a continuous stream since there is a note you're skipping (and it's fairly noticeable)
The vocal (or guitar in some parts) emphasis thing applies in some other parts of this diff, try looking around the map and seeing if some rhythms can be made better

00:00:780 (3) – This is a strong note in music, but sliderend is weak here. What's your goal in making the slider in this way?

00:06:626 (1,2,3,4) – make the visual spacing the same particularly on (4,1). well, I don't want to explain too much in detail, but look at the screen as all 4 objects are on the screen. It's not so much a pattern as much of a hodge-podge of sliders.

00:05:395 (1,2) – there's a fair amount of contrast between these and 00:06:010 (3,4) – because of straight vs curve. This looks uncohesive because why contrast them? What's special enough to make a change in aesthetics? Well also perfectly straight sliders are a very specific style. See this map's insane https://osu.ppy.sh/s/426652. The perfectly horizontal/vertical design makes it feel robotic. It's very distinct aesthetic. Why choose to use an aesthetic like this? Consider instead slight 5 degree rotations.

00:08:318 (3) – It's very easy to see why you made this a slider, but it didn't feel right because this is the only time you commit to the melody (guitar). It's not working with the rhtyhms before and after this. Or perhaps, the rhythms before this aren't working well with the melody you are going for. If you're going with the guitar, make the note at 00:08:010 – clickable to actually sell me that I'm being the guitarist. Same for this kind of stuff at 00:08:933 (1,2,3,4) - . If you don't want to make those changes, why even have (3) be a long slider?

00:08:933 (1,2,3) – Better example of visual spacing. Each of these sliders should have the same DS between them.

00:09:549 (3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,1,2) – I like avoiding long chains of the same direction of circular flow.

00:10:010 (5,1) – In terms of aesthetics, you always want to look at how you can connect objects. So here, one way to connect these objects is to blanket them. That would give it some cohesiveness.

00:12:472 (4,1,2) – (1) has low spacing into it but (2) has high spacing into it. I found that emphasizing the first note of a new/intense set of notes in the song is important. Right now, the spacing emphasis feels not quite in the right place.

00:26:318 (5,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) – The high note density combined with the jumps makes this a kind of intense section. I didn't really expect that out of the music here and so the pacing feels a bit too much. I'm also not sure what your intentions are behind the spacing changes. (Why have any at all?) If you know what you're doing there, try to frame it in a way that communicates your intention better.

00:27:549 (1,2) – do a better job of making these symmetrical. (use the y-axis for symmetry, then rotate to where you want them)

00:39:857 (1) – A slider is pretty weak. This section might be nicer with two circles instead
00:44:780 (1) -

00:33:549 (1) – If you cared about the vocals, I feel like you would change the curvature here. A change in curvature provides contrast from the previous flow that emphasizes the singer's interesting pitch here.

00:56:472 (3,4) – These sliders aren't copy-pasted versions of each other. It's not a big deal one way or the other, but copy-pasting sliders is an easy and nice looking way to format your sliders. 00:37:703 (2) – this is a pretty relaxed note in the music while 00:37:857 (3) – is more emphasized with the guitar. Consider reducing the DS into (2) to reflect that

00:38:164 (4,5,1) – Another example about how you aren't fully making your aesthetics and designs cohesive. How do the (4) and the (1) fit together? Here are some examples of patterns that fit with each other: ex1 – in line, (5,4) is same DS as (4,1) --- ex2: in line, (3,4) is same DS as (4,1), and (5) points to (1), kind of connecting all the objects on the screen. Challenge yourself by not just taking these suggestions, but asking how can you place these objects based on simple design principles.

00:42:010 (4) – The 1/1 pause after this felt a tad weak

Make an Extra, would be fun.

If you want a BN evaluation, I would say overall you make good pieces, but putting you can do better at putting them together. I think you can improve in aesthetics and composition. The thing I hate about modding v2 is that I can't start my mod with saying some stupid shit like "did you know that eating ass has been made illegal in 5 states"

Insane:
00:04:549 (1) - This seems kinda pointless, you'd be better off with a slider or some shit.
00:41:933 (3,4) - You'd be better off putting this at more of a 45 degree angle by raising (3) and (4) just a little bit. If you hold down shift while placing the note, it highlights where the 45 degree angle is.
01:14:318 (1,2,1,2,1,2,3) - Like I get why you're doing this but you can be WAY more creative here, it's kinda boring after a few times.

Hard:
00:15:241 (1) - Meh, I think you could do something more than just a slider here.

Normal:
I don't think the spread is super problematic but there definitely are opportunities where you can buff up this diff so it's not such a huge jump between normal and hard. Primarily in sections where you have a lot of 1/1 spam. (ie 00:20:164 - )
00:02:933 (1,2,3,4) - There's still a few more notes that I think can be mapped here, it just sort of randomly ends. I get you're syncing it with the other diffs but like in this context it just feels SUPER incomplete.

00:27:548 (1) - Like I guess a spinner works but idk I'm really against having random mid-diff spinners that don't lead into a break or something supremely special or such. You can easily make a slider or just follow the vocals or something here.

Yeah it's a fun little map and doesn't have a lot of problems technically, I like it.

If you listen close, this is more like (kdd.d.d..dd.d.ddddk), as the spread/flow issue, we nerfed this pattern last time. It's not a great idea to map the snares only (not my style ofc)

Dropping just some suggestions.

Insane

  1. 00:34:241 (4) - Why you did overmap here? there is actually nothing excluding sound growth.
  2. 00:58:780 (3,4) - nazi but unstacked slightly
  3. 01:05:395 (5,2) - they dont look nice because they are overlapped each other greatly. can you increase the spacing more over it like this? it doesnt cause the emphasis matter at all cuz of kiai part and upbeat drum!
  4. 01:14:010 (7) - i would like to add NC here because recent maps tend to add NCs here like edge of streams generally.

Neat the diff, but i miss Extra diff for this song.

  1. 00:05:395 (1) - i think this should be finish instead, considered you used finish here 00:10:318 (1) -
  2. 00:19:087 (3) - maybe counterclockwise 30° would make the movement of 00:18:933 (2,3) - more smoothly
  3. 00:32:472 (1,3) - uhhh this overlap is not ideal imo, maybe you can try adjust it
  4. 00:35:857 (1) - should move to 00:36:164 to follow the vocal better imo, recommend rhythm


the pattern itself have few problem, main problem would be the rhythm choice and consistence imo,
take and example, 00:20:626 (2,3) - the rhythm of this should be ctrl+g as you did it here 00:23:087 (2,3) - and also the first half of the kiai time you used 1~2 1/1 slider to follow the vocal but there're no long slider at second part, so uh, i guess you can try to follow the vocal with right way and maybe try make them more consistent :>
