Let's get into this!
Sphinx
You told me on my mod queue that you use "full-circular flow" for this difficulty, and the for most part I would agree. The consistent counter-clockwise rotation kind of gets pretty boring and, whilst you have snappy movement with the massive jumpy section, I can imagine it being an issue with people who play with mice.
I do however quite like how this circular motion is incorporated into the overlaps of hitobjects, with them either following on from a slider's shape, or by stacking them onto a slider head/end.
Another concern is the lack of Angular Consistency, with sliders all seemingly sharing their own angles, which looks visually inconsistent, and poor. I am aware that this Angular consistency could mess with how this difficulty is designed, but I've seen time and time again that this is something that gets noticed by BNs and stuff :3
00:01:502 (2,4) - these break the pattern i just mentioned above, and it looks a little messy. It's understandable that this was done so that 00:02:394 (1) - blanketed it better, but this could be resolved by moving both 00:02:394 (1) and 00:02:037 (4) either up and in line with 00:01:502 (2) , or moved away from 00:01:502 (2) entirely.
00:05:609 (2) - Could be curved a little more to blanket 00:05:966 (3) - better, and it'd probably make a bit more sense for the flow.
00:06:859 (4) - Need to be moved down ever so slightly to line up better with the arc of 00:07:752 (2) .
00:14:002 (1) - Would have expected a slightly stronger blanket, as it barely looks like it blankets 00:13:466 (3) .
00:15:430 (1) - Would have given this a sharper curve so that it blankets 00:15:073 (5) - nicer.
00:16:502 (1) - Could blanket 00:15:966 (3) - whilst having a shape which moves directly into 00:16:859 (2) .
00:16:859 (2) - Overlaps with 00:15:966 (3) and does not follow the pattern I mentioned at the beginning of the mod.
00:21:144 (2) - This would look so much nicer as a sharper curve that blankets 00:21:858 (5) .
00:27:215 (1) - This subtle "blanket" is a bit off because of the angle (and curve) of the slider vs. 00:27:751 (3) .
00:29:358 (3) - Should be moved a little up and to the left so that it is blanketed by the corner of 00:28:644 (1) more nicely.
00:29:179 (2,5) - These two look like they should be a blanket and hit object, yet 00:29:715 (5) is too low down.
00:32:572 (5,6,1,2,3) - Not really a fan of 5,6. Moreover, you switch from counter-clockwise to clockwise movement in an uncomfortable way. Yes you can snap this and it plays alright, but it doesn't really make much sense to me why there'd be a change in flow here.
00:39:447 (4,5) - Don't line up perfectly with 00:39:179 (3) - slider body :3
00:43:286 (2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - This is a solid 8 seconds of just jumps o.O Annoys me that it's mostly the same kind of spacing right up until 00:50:072 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) .
01:02:572 (5) - Overlaps with 01:02:215 (3) (probably intentionally) and 01:02:929 (1) which makes it look a bit ugly.
01:06:679 (4,1) - and 01:09:358 (4,1) have different visual spacing which looks messy.
01:21:321 (3) - Doesn't line up with 01:20:786 (1) - slider body particularly well
Not terribly made, just repetitive and a bit inconsistent.

00:53:733 (2) - spacing is pretty inconsistent between parts of this stream. i understand you want the first 4 with low spacing and next 4 with higher spacing. but these groups of 4 aren't consistent with themselves

00:17:573 (5) - like the top diff i suggest emphasising vocals here. maybe with 3/4 slider or something

Interesting bug I found> upon freshly downloading your map, it requested an update for sphinx and after doing so it turned into this 0 star map >>I was able to redownload the map to get the sphinx difficulty again

00:09:894 (5) - makes more sense to land 00:09:894 - here in my opinion, normally I would say otherwise to making rhythms in an easy different lengths but because the rhythm prior to this uses more than 1/1 spacing i think it would be better to match this sound with the same spacing
01:25:964 - I would make this a clickable like a circle and then start the spinner after it

01:15:786 - starting from here, consistency is hard to distinguish. listening to the melody > you got melody 1, melody 2, return to melody 1, then melody 3, I would use the same rhythm from melody 1 the first time it comes around at the second time , basically copying 01:16:143 (1,2,3,4,5) - and pasting 01:21:143 -
make sure that if you follow ^ advice you make aesthetics also similar to melody 1.

Hey :D Pretty solid map you got there already! It was really hard for me to find anything that's improvable

Hard Difficulty ---

00:40:608 (2,3,4) - Until here everything is really continuous and the spacing and compisition seems perfect for me. But this triple is a little close to (1) compared to the rest of the jumps. Since there is an emphasis in the song, maybe move it a little further apart, so you can at least see a connection-line
01:07:215 (1) - Basically the same thing here. Since we're in the chorus here, it might be better to make this spacing a little bigger
01:25:250 (2,3) - This feels like it shouldnt be stacked, since these are also different notes in the song.

That was it ._.' Seriously, this should be ranked already.


Insane Difficulty ---

Im not gonna tell you to change your whole map, but my idea here would be to make the part that starts here 00:12:931 and ends here 00:17:930 a little slower. If you reduce the spacing between the notes (sv feels nice) it would be an interesting contrast to the other parts of the song. (Also for the part 00:23:644 - 00:28:644)
00:36:590 (4,5) - Here it looks like the spacing between (3) and (4) is bigger than the spacing between (4) and (5), which looks a little unpleasant
00:53:643 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - Since this is the insane difficulty, this stream could be a really tiny hinch harder.


Cook Easy

00:00:430 (1) - Since you made the spacing between (1) and (2) bigger than the rest, and this is the hardes difficulty, making (1) and (2) NOT touch, feels a little nicer here in my opinion. Moving it up and right a little and turning it, so the connection-line aligns perfectly feels very nice for me.
00:12:216 (2,3,4) - Feels very nice :D
00:36:590 (4,5) - Like in the insane diff, this looks a little unpleasant. Check the spacing
00:39:447 (4,5) - Same here
00:54:358 (1) - This last note of the stream makes a tighter curve than the other ones. Maybe move it down and right a little to make it align nicer


Thats everything i could see. Seriously. This is the least i ever found and i REALLY adressed the small issues here. Everything i pointed out is such a little deal, that its nearly unnecessary to change anything at all with this map. I can already see it ranked :D

Insane Difficulty ---

Im not gonna tell you to change your whole map, but my idea here would be to make the part that starts here 00:12:931 and ends here 00:17:930 a little slower. If you reduce the spacing between the notes (sv feels nice) it would be an interesting contrast to the other parts of the song. (Also for the part 00:23:644 - 00:28:644) but the spacing is lower than 00:17:930 - already .-.
00:36:590 (4,5) - Here it looks like the spacing between (3) and (4) is bigger than the spacing between (4) and (5), which looks a little unpleasant
00:53:643 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - Since this is the insane difficulty, this stream could be a really tiny hinch harder.


Cook Easy

00:00:430 (1) - Since you made the spacing between (1) and (2) bigger than the rest, and this is the hardes difficulty, making (1) and (2) NOT touch, feels a little nicer here in my opinion. Moving it up and right a little and turning it, so the connection-line aligns perfectly feels very nice for me. I think this is a sound that is not much different to make high spacing :/
00:12:216 (2,3,4) - Feels very nice :D uwu
00:36:590 (4,5) - Like in the insane diff, this looks a little unpleasant. Check the spacing
00:39:447 (4,5) - Same here
00:54:358 (1) - This last note of the stream makes a tighter curve than the other ones. Maybe move it down and right a little to make it align nicer i think this good already


Thats everything i could see. Seriously. This is the least i ever found and i REALLY adressed the small issues here. Everything i pointed out is such a little deal, that its nearly unnecessary to change anything at all with this map. I can already see it ranked :D

For this diff, You should prob focus on white ticks only, use 1/1.. it's more likely that your map will be ranked that way (let me know if is there a reason for not following the white ticks, because I don't get it at first), points I think you could fix using the white tick as main reference:

00:53:643 (6) - I think this can be viewed as a bit complicated too as the new players will be used to curved and straight slider shapes at this point, and since the whole section 00:53:643 (6,1,2,3) is a bit dense already, I think you should make a simpler Slider shape too, that won't require much movement

The rest of the diff is okay.. nothing special (I'd expect that from lower diff), but nothing here I could find that can mislead others or that seems out of place :)

Well fun map overall, but try to pay more attention to lower diffs and there's not much to mod here xD goddamnit.. well at least from what I can see, and I'm not too experienced at modding/mapping, so sorry for not having much content to offer in my mod :/ I hope I was smh helpful to you and your map.. 1/1 beats are not always in the white tick, we have to focus on "important sound", & in this case I focus more on its trumpet sound as "important sound"
