Thanks for suggestion!
- 01:59:888 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6) - This segment of the song seems to increase a lot in intensity towards the kiai, but your patterns are really monotonous, holding movement in one place. I also don't really understand why the spacing decreases every pattern while the intensity ramps up so much. It confused me quite a bit while playing D:
Holding movement in one place happens for a few reasons. Firstly, it's consistent with how I used 2/3 gaps throughout the map, they're always stacked in this manner. Secondly, it forms a nice contrast with the rest of the map. Making it move around too much would make it stand out less, imo, which I'd like to avoid. Instead I went for a select few strong motions. Lastly, most of the intensity ramping up happens here 02:01:763 - 02:03:638 - 02:05:513 - . As you can see, I opted to show the intensity increase through sliders angling and bending upwards more, as well as increasing SV on 02:03:638 (1) - . The spacing thing is very very true though. Fixed it to have gradually increasing spacing between the patterns to keep the pressure up.
If anything, I'd probably not map these 1/3s here and do something with the piano instead 02:02:231 - I don't believe doing this would fit in the map as it is right now.
Good luck with this! No kds needed for this tiny post :p
