I'll start with Insane because I usually tend to put the most effort into the first diff I mod.

-Insane-

Woah woah dial down the HP drain a little.

00:20:891 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - Add a slider repeat to (9) and (10) and then rearrange the stream like this: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/175859 In my opinion it looks and flows better.
00:31:925 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4) - Perhaps rearrange the hitcircles so that the stream is more circular? Idk it looks messy how you've done it. Could you you do this for all the streams that look like this please?
00:35:718 (5,6,7) - Stack on the endpoint of (4)?
00:55:287 (10) - Remove this slider repeat.
00:55:373 (1) - Delete this note.
01:11:236 (1,2,3) - Stack with the start point of (4).
01:33:649 (4) - Whistle (Endpoint only).
01:39:167 (4) - Whistle.
01:44:339 (3) - Whistle.

01:05:718 (1,2,3) - if you're not following the lyrics, there's not much of a reason to map this. It's the tail end of the break phrase. You should delete them
01:27:442 (1,2,3) - can i get some accelerated spacing?
01:35:891 (5) - up left 1. oh this is why I don't like this sort of spacing, it's easy to look bad.

streams are overmapped, which is kind of surprising for a pendulum song. the drum section is really uninteresting for dnb, and you making it up doesn't sound very good to me. And it'd be a decent enough dt map without the overmapping.

  4. 00:20:899 (1,2,3,4,...) - Try to avoid (3)'s end on this stream (: - Well, your overlap with (3) doesn't look really good on play mode though, a moving stream with its first part encircling (3)'s end like this will do better:

  6. 00:26:588 (2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) - Here also, the arrangement is quite random. I suggest something like this:

  13. 01:05:812 (2,3,4...) - Well, I personally feel this stream is somewhat overmapped... Personally I liked more if you can only use circles on 01:05:899 and 01:06:071 with a jump here (stack the last circle to 01:06:416 (1)'s start), it gets this part's atmosphere better~
  14. 01:17:278 (1) - Remove the finish here - the finish should belong to the downbeat, and as you don't have any notes in the downbeat it's best to keep this unhitsounded >_<
  15. 01:20:899 (3) - (optional) CTRL+R, to avoid (4)'s repeat partially got covered by this slider's hitburst?
  16. 01:25:381 (2) - Missing clap here
  17. 01:28:485 (1) - Your whistle is very random in the chorus - whistle fits best everytime the vocals and synths hit high notes here~ The whistle idea is good already, but the execution isn't so good imo. Since it will be very long if I post all the whistles' place, I attached an .osu file with the proper whistles placement in the first chorus:

  18. 01:33:312 (4) - (optional) Make this slider face rightward instead? It gives a more solid flow with your next (1)
  19. 01:47:106 (7) - Hmm, why don't you place its path perfectly cut by (6) in the center, like this?
  20. 02:03:485 (2,3,4) - Make this symmetrical? It's just feel quite weird when (4) is placed more to the bottom-right compared to (2)'s end >_<
  21. 02:07:450 (2) - Again here, I'd rather face this slider elsewhere to avoid the repeat got partially covered by 02:07:106 (1)'s comboburst, but that's not a must~
  22. 02:09:864 (1) - Minor stuff, but move this one grid down so it will be equally spaced to both (2) and (3)?
  23. 02:18:485 (2) - Again, this pattern feels forced. This pattern below might not follow the distance spacing properly, but it is more readable due to the less amount of cluster here:
  24. 02:19:519 (1,2,3,4) - Make (1) and (3) plus (2) and (4) in a same y-axis?
  25. 02:22:968 (1) - I highly recommend to curve this leftward, so it won't overlap with 02:22:450 (2), and:
  26. 02:23:226 (2,3,4,5,6) - (optional) To make this flow altogether with the curved slider above, design this stream in an flipped-S shape?
  27. 02:27:106 (1,2,3) - I think you're too forcing to make it spaced out normally with (3)... imo it's better to curve (1) rightward like this, so the flow will be continuous (feel free to CTRL+R (1)) as well though, it fits as well)
  28. 02:33:916 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,1) - Again here, I feel uneasy about the stream design - it's quite random. Perhaps arrange like this?
  29. 02:46:416 (3) - Minor stuff, but move this one grid left (without dist.snap) to avoid overlap with (2)~
...uhm, well, the main problem here imo is the map's design, it feels random in some parts >_<
About the streams, I know sometimes it's not following anything on the song, but it's cleverly placed - it sounds good already (:

Still, please take a look on the hitsound issue I attached - and adopt the hitsounding for the other diffs xD
