since two guys break my rules in prev round, i think i can open a new round now

Bump for a recheck announcement:
i may accept the recheck request if the map got BOTH a mod and a KDs star from me between 01/Sept/2012 & 21/Octo/2012. It also need to reach my bubling criteria: 12 stars from different modders (include mine).
