I want to change my username to Angel Beats

but...

I'm sure osu! do not have this account and "Angel_Beats" is qualified to be cleared.

it's already one year and a half.

Could someone help me to deal with this problem?

I'm not sure, but it could be the timezone. Because 1.5 Years just passed. Maybe you try again in some hours.
