can't download the beatmaps in pending [Resolved]

When i click "download beatmap!" in the map of pending,

"General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Host '50.23.116.112' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server [1130]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists."

this page come out. How can i tackle this peoblem?

I have the almost same problem with the maps http://osu.ppy.sh/s/36858 and http://osu.ppy.sh/b/116711&m=0

But the second one is not a pending one. The error is:
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Access denied for user 'internets'@'64.120.19.26' (using password: NO) [1045]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

What should we do now?
