Hand Strain when using Tablet

Hi, I just started using a tablet instead of a mouse, (specifically the huion h420) and after a song or two my hand hurts quite a lot. I was wondering if this was just me or not, and if not if there was a way to make it less painful/not painful at all. Thanks :D

It's because the way you use it strains your body. You might get used to it. If it doesn't heal for when you play next time, rest more or change how you use it.

Your posture/pen grip might be to blame.
Change it up.

And just play more...
Your body will adjust eventually.

i never got to winning this problem it's been like, three months since i've used tablet but it still strains my hand

I had problems for a while, I found I was using my wrist to move my pen too much which would hurt after a while. I played around with grip and tablet size, and I found something that allowed me to be more comfortable. Just takes time to figure it out.

Also take breaks.
