I think the snaps are correct its just the offset is too early maybe change to 15-17 ? somewhere in that range sounds good

also 00:03:754 (3754|0) - maybe snapped alitle later if its the guitar? not sure up to u :D

Yay thanks mat for making me notice that the offset was actually off, change it to 15.

All the begining snap you told me that you weren't able to snap it well, also some other player told me they are getting mindstuck after a few try just at the begining.
Fix all the main sound to 1/12 snap which sound much better

00:18:802 - this part took me quite a long long time to hear it, but I think is a 1/12 stream, took me tons of re-listening.

Apologies for not getting back to this when you first asked me to, I wasn't feeling to mentally well back then. Now I'm just physically unwell and have a cold lol

Alright, that spread. We believe that there is something that can be done to alleviate this problem.

Had a little discussion with Kami about this (came across a little bit rude, sorry about that), and we came to the conclusion that the root of the problem is that the bursts are under-represented in the Hard difficulty, thus why there's a massive "jump" to Expert.


So the solution would be to buff these bursts in Hard to make the spread a little bit better. May also need to buff the Normal diff a bit as well because of this.

I'll look at the other two diffs in the meantime, as I imagine there will be a fair few changes being made to the other two, particularly the Hard.

A few SVs present in Hard around 01:44:105 not present in Expert. This intentional?

There are a few hitsound inconsistencies about, but I'll go into detail about that next time if you need me to.

  1. 00:16:378 (16378|0,16378|1,16946|2,16946|3) - I feel two LNs here is a little overkill. The first LNs are uncapped because of the potential awkwardness that is would produce. Hence I would suggest changing to something along the lines of this.
  2. 00:53:651 (53651|3) - This LN feels a little odd being uncapped. I'd either add a note at the end of this LN, or you can extend by 1/2 since the guitar is still present.
  3. 01:00:242 (60242|1,60469|2,60696|1,60924|2) - Could use cols 1 and 4 for variation?
  4. 01:43:651 (103651|3,104105|0,104560|2,104901|1,105128|0) - You could do a PR thing here which would make a nice change. So something like 13412 would make sense.

I would consider reducing this down to a jumpstream burst here.
  9. 01:45:469 (105469|0) - How come this doesn't start 1/4 earlier?

Sorry was playing/training in overwatch too much at that time + streaming xD

So I'll be pointing out every buff I did on hard
Easy LN -> Normal every note on 1/4 -> hard double jack -> expect triple jack
jumptrill change into jack so is harder to nail and both hand are always in play just like in expert.


This part 00:25:469 - + feel too much like normal, only some few 1/4 triplet make it harder, while expert is all 1/4. So I add up more 1/4 triplet, I won't go over 5 notes stream since expert have it cover. Also added 1/2 to fill up those 1/1 spot so it doesn't feel like Normal.

Made this 00:39:105 - 1/6 instead of a LN like normal.

01:06:378 - Changed this into 1/4 owo

Fixed everything in Normal.

Thanks a lots asherz, sorry for taking it in a bad way before the mod. Didn't expect those word at that time @.@. Hope you feel better now, I might have been paranoid at that time as well xD.

The jump from Hard to Insane looks much better now, so I think it should be fine now.
I think the only remaining concern would be between Normal and Hard regarding the jacks in the bursts, but I think I'll leave that decision up to you.

  1. 00:01:833 - Might want to catch a little bit more of this fill section here? I dunno, feels a little too basic for a Normal. Up to you.

I'm not exactly sure what constitutes a triple in this diff, particularly in the middle section, where some doubles jump to quads in Expert. Might want to take a little look into this, since I'm pretty sure quite a few could be triples based off of the layering at the start and in the kiai.

The 1.1x SVs that kami noted that shouldn't be there in this difficulty still remain (I think). Just going to check once more if they are intentional.

  1. 00:27:401 (27401|0) - Note present here in Hard but not in Insane. This intentional?
  2. 00:27:401 (27401|0) - No note for kick at all (I get that it's on a different snap to the roll, but gotta ask to make sure lol)
  3. 00:55:015 (55015|2,55128|0,55128|1) - is the hitsound pattern here intentionally different to 00:56:833 (56833|1,56946|2,56946|3)? Just wanna check
  4. 01:06:378 (66378|0,66492|1,66605|3,66719|2) - pretty sure the 1/4 snap simplification isn't a good idea here, particularly since the snare is 1/6. Makes for shaky progression to Expert.
  5. 01:42:742 (102742|2) - Only a single here? (Might want to buff this bit slightly to include some jacks since that's what Expert does.)

Just a few more things here then, mostly fine.

  1. 00:14:333 (14333|1,14446|1) - Perhaps it's just me, but I can't hear anything for these anymore xD. Ok, strictly speaking, I can definitely hear a sound for the second note, but I'm not too sure about it being strong enough to have a note for it. Or I could just be going crazy xD
  2. 00:47:060 (47060|3) - LN for open hat (ref: Hard)
  3. 01:37:174 (97174|1,97287|2,97287|3,97287|1,97287|0,97401|2) - I not too sure about this. It's pretty much the only time you create minijacks around the quad.

That should do it I hope.
Also with the large number of changes that have happened since the first bubble, I'd feel more confident with rebubbling rather than a heart, just in case I've made a major screw up somewhere. :o
