Knowledge is everywhere, you just have to find it. There's a lot of knowledge in the 193 pages of Gameplay & Rankings to start with.
Aside from that I want to highly encourage everyone who has a question to ask it in forums instead of sending private messages. This gives other people with the same question the chance to read the answer.

But if they're a complete noob, they would need a complete tutorial to understand everything (or anything). I am directing this post at the real noobs. Tutorials are hard to do in forums...
And what makes a pm easier to explain in...
Real noobs don't find their way into the forum.
If they find the forum they will also find the osu!academy tutorial series.

There's everything what noob needs in sticky threads/wiki/osu!academy etc. If he's willing to find information, he'll find it.
TL;DR tutorial:
Be better at mods: play more mods
Be better at clicking circles: click them more
Be better at reading: play more tech maps
Be better at jumps: play more jump maps
Be better at streams: play more stream maps
Be better at farming skillless pp: play haitai, cookie monster and other garbage maps for garbage players
Not TL;DR - read sticky threads

It's not like there's much to talk about, gameplay mechanics is relatively simple, it's mainly about the right mentality, the only thing you could probably go in depth is your set up
