Hey, so I just recently got introduced to mania, and I'm having a bit of trouble with 7k songs. I'm pretty decent at 4k, but I always have issues with hitting middle notes on 7k. Do you have any tips, strategies, or advice on how to get better at hitting middle notes?

Play more until you get down your mucle memory. Sadly there is no shortcut
Yes, unfortunately there is no way to make things easier, except keep playing. It's normal to have trouble specifically with the middle key. When I switched to o2jam from stepmania years ago, it took me several months of daily playing before I really felt comfortable with the middle key. Even now, it's easily my weakest key. The thing is, mappers usually try not to use the middle key too much (usually, some maps are designed around patterns that use the middle key a lot, specifically because it's the hardest key to use)...
