General:
Re-encode the mp3 to 192kbps, ranking criteria allows maximum of that.
I recommend replacing the background with less pixelated art btw. (not important)
EDIT: I also think the mp3 offset should be 526 but it does not matter since you gonna have to reencode that mp3 if you wanna rank it.


Easy:
Definitely can't say this is easy.
for example,
00:07:922 (1) - 00:10:396 (2) have 1/2 gaps. i wouldn't do gaps smaller than 1/1 on easy.
00:18:128 (7) - i would avoid changing the rhythm whenever possible. by rhythm i mean i would try making gaps as consistent as possible.

Actually you should rename this to "Normal" and you have to also make it bellow 2 stars exactly if you want it to be rankable.

Let's move on
on Easy/Normal distance snapping is a must or at least spacing similar to distance snapping. When I open aimod it spans entries about distance snapping and I'm too lazy to verify each spacing is good enough but keep this in mind.

00:27:716 (1) - hard to tell which direction it's going. (it's not just about the direction though, it's more like, if you are trying to make an easy map, you gonna have to make really simple patterns and slider shapes.)
00:45:036 (6) - could be the same thing for new players, not sure. Also i would avoid overlapping. things on top of this, such as 00:44:108 (4) and 00:44:572 (5) not quite sure how important it is.
00:30:190 (1) - would add some empty space of 2-3 beats for new players to recover after spinning like crazy.
00:52:149 (1) - same
01:12:252 (1) - same

again, this is easy (or normal if you rename as suggested) and the best way to find some things is to make a new player play it and pay attention where he misses, and aims.

with all that, we are done with Easy. Other than that, I think Easy is fine.

Turns out modding Hard is actually Hard, so I'm gonna hold off on that for now. Maybe do some other time. day? week? month? idk, I still need to figure things out.

-00:11:943 (6,7,8) - These 3 notes are way too spaced, even if they're one beat apart of each-other it's just too hard for an insane just rename your map yomi yori at this point (holy I'm mean).

00:02:046 (5,6,1,3) - There, for example the issue is the opposite as you're undermapping, I'd recommend making these reverse 1/2 beat sliders or something, it's up to you but I don't think your map'll get ranked with this rythmic composition.

00:16:891 (6,7,8) - We can still note some interesting ideas on this part of the map like the placement of these 3 sliders, I like the idea but i find myself a little dissapointed as you didn't push that concept far enough, well, you still have pretty good ideas, hope you'll learn developing them.

00:29:881 (1,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,1,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6) - Moving on a better part of the map, to me, this whole part is actually pretty good ! Though I'd still make this slider at 00:29:881 (1) - a little more smooth like this : https://imgur.com/a/O9tfW (it's really just a detail tho) and I'd also space these 2 at 00:41:634 (3,6) - the same as 00:40:396 (4,7) - as I don't really see any reason to space them less, I guess that kinda personal taste so if you still wanna space them less than the ones before, just space the whole thing more so that 00:41:634 (3,6) - don't overlap it's not really pleasant to look at.

00:42:871 (1,2) - Space this more it also overlaps and looks bad.

00:46:118 (10) - I'd recomend doing something more like this : https://imgur.com/a/IKsSw ; it may also be personal but yeah I don't like this slider.

00:47:510 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Wew well this looks good, you see you can do beautiful stuff when you want ;)

00:49:984 (1,2) - I'd make these fancy sliders, just not simply curved ones, I mean you have time to make them last long, they stand out in the song as they're in the climax, come on I know you can take advantage of this and make them stand out.

00:54:469 (3,4,5) - Those "jumps" in the refrain feel undermapped, maybe space them more or redo them as real jumps, it's a Insane after all, not an Hard so yeah maybe do real jumps.

00:58:644 (1,2) - Uhhh what is this ? Like ; I see where you're going with this but in the first slider you're ignoring a sound at 00:59:262 ; it's like you wanted to put this pattern in the map but didn't really know where to so you ended up putting it up here, I agree you have to make a long slider or put a spinner or a break or really whatever you want at 00:59:881 but this is still incorrect, oh and it's akward to play when sight-reading.

01:17:201 (10) - I'm not a fan of this, again, maybe it's personal but I'm pointing it out maybe you'll find a better way to map this.

01:25:860 (1) - Um yeah you should prob remap this.

01:30:809 (9) - Again , a lot of personal mods but I'd recommend you to keep this as a slider that makes up a circle, yup you finally can but maybe make it a bigger one that doesn't finish it's round totally, that'd look better, here's an example : https://imgur.com/a/gs8Nz

01:32:974 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - This is undermapped pretty much the same way as the first section of your map.
