Thanks for the mod, but I disagree with pretty much all of your suggestions - the 1/4 follows aspects of the music and makes things more interesting for skilled players.

Modding a wonderful RJ map to see if it kickstarts my modding factory run by elves and hormones.

General:
- As discussed on IRC, the video is a bit large and laggy, as it's supah high quality 3000 (relatively speaking). It'd be hard to decrease filesize without completely meowing it up, so yeah, No Video mod might be for the best here. Especially as the video is sexy.
- As also discussed on IRC, that background is very close to the default blue combo colour. If you don't want to change it as good Sia backgrounds are a rarity, you could probably successfully change the colour of the background in GIMP or use custom combo colours. For the former, I don't care how big the video is, half an hour or so is not a long time, go listen to ELO or something.
- Personally, I would keep the volume at 50% during the soft section. I think the volume increase might be a bit grating to some people.

Hard:
- As Kuma said, AR-1 might be a thing to consider. It's fine either way, however.
- 01:30:725 (10) - I've told you once before, but I still totally think this would be better as a simple hitcircle. A pause is much more comfortable here and fits with the 'off.' lyric.
- 02:30:464 - Perhaps you should add a hitcircle here, to end the break on the start of a bar. Then again this causes things with dragged breaks and other difficulties.
- 02:50:551 (1) - Judging by the previous combo, this should be blue with the next combo remaining orange. Or the previous combo should follow this pattern, I'm not sure, it doesn't make much sense to me.

Normal:
- 02:23:682 - Don't be afraid of adding a hitcircle here, similar to the pattern at this same point in Hard. It improves the flow here slightly, I would say.
- 02:30:464 - Drag this break here forward for consistency with other difficulties and general niceness. Unless you decided to add a hitcircle on Hard, then drag it to then, same with Easy.

Easy:
- 02:58:899 (1) - Now, this felt a bit awkward to me. Perhaps moving this 1/2 forward would be more appropriate for Easy flowness in this case, fixing spacing, naturally. (The same can be said for 03:07:247 (1), of course, but I think it works slightly better in that case)
- Lovely awkward offbeat Easy. Your words. I think, I'm not as good as copying your words as you are mine. Or copy pastin'

This map, overall, was better than Disney's Aladdin. That animated carpet is fucking terrifying. I feel like I'm missing something in this mod, but I'd ask you to get more mods before somebody bubbles this anyway. As you know. Good luck.

I was playing through this and realised that the timing at the last Kiai section is off by quite a lot. I tried setting it to 175483 and it seems to work for the most part, although this bunch of session musicians are a bunch of clowns who can't keep time for shit. I suppose that the timings are why you haven't bothered with this map or something. Even so, they sound Hellish in the track.

You've still got to re-encode the mp3. No matter what. Seriously.
The bitrate of a beatmap's audio file must be no lower than 128kbps and no higher than 192kbps.
Hard

The mp3 is VBR V2, averaging at 197kbps, which is legit. It's got just as small a file size and is almost exactly the quality that 192 mp3 would be. Making a good sounding replacement mp3 would also require me recutting it from the end of the last track of the album it is on (as it's a hidden bonus track), causing an inevitable offset change which is a mess to sort out for no actual gain in anything

Sometimes you have to look at why the rules are there, not just what they say to the letter :<

  2. The beginning and end of your kiai times are unsnapped.
  3. 03:10:112 (1) - This spinner at the end of all difficulties feels like it should have a finish at the end of it.
Easy

  1. 00:50:826 (2) - Why didn't you add a clap here like you did at 00:57:086 (2)?
  2. 01:53:427 (2) - Please add a clap to this note for the same reason as above.
  3. 02:56:027 (2,3,4) - Why do these sliders feel late to the vocals? Is Sia singing off beat, or what? This goes for all of the other difficulties also.
Normal

  1. 02:26:292 (1) - Soft slider-whistle is gross.
  2. 03:03:070 (6,7) - I was expecting these to be reversed in terms of position.
Hard

  1. 02:26:292 (2) - Soft slider-whistle.
It may be in your best interest that you get the timing checked out.
