Also, you should make the piano chords standout more since it work almost as a metronome whilst playing, maybe triples, or two hand doubles? These are just suggestions, i guess your current pattern is rankable but i'd highly suggest you mix it up a bit so it's not as boring as it currently is.

Actually you use two hitsounds for one note at this diff already, you can check it from kiai, like 00:51:845 (51845|3) - . I want to make that all hitsounds be placed each parts, it's better for abundant feedback for player during playing this. It should be appiled all part if you agree with my opinion.
