JOJOJO BOIS i want to share my wisdom and made a Video about how i warm up!

i got these techniques from a few different sources (Professional flute, guitar and drum player) and build my own small routine that i use now since 2 years.
i hope you enjoy it and find it helpful

That's a pretty easy routine to follow, will do that on my next playing sessions and see how it goes. Tnx for sharing.
