I have this really cringey name which I made long time ago and I wanted to change it. I went to the osu! page and saw you have to be supporter to change. I knew I couldnt because I have no money ;-;. However just 1 name change wouldnt be so bad. I have a friend who wants to add be however, My name is really cringe and if he saw it he would insult me at school. Please make this a thing

Requesting paid things to be free is almost always a no, so unfortunately this will not happen. Your only option is buying support, which allows a free name change (only 4$), or a name change (8$) if you want to change your name.

I think you can pay with your phone package/paypal/bitcoin/lot of stuffs, and a 4$ supporter tag is not expensive at all compared to the stuff you get by buying it. As Pawsu said, the cheapest way to get a name change is to buy a supporter. (there is additional fees with some checkout option)
