As per queue:

[General]
Hitsounds could use some fleshing out in all difficulties.
Try to keep the final slider handle as near to the end of the slider as possible. This gives you more control over the shape, and will make spacing neater for notes after it.
You've used four different slider velocities in Easy and Hard, which is generally a bad idea. In fact, for an Easy difficulty you should really be aiming for one velocity.
You should look at using at least grid 3, too.
The audio file is far too long. Either map the entire song or find a shorter version.

[Easy]
00:07:536 (1,1) - This slowdown and the small spacing is confusing to a new player.
00:12:401 (2) - ^
00:43:212 (1,2,3,1) - Spacing is too big between all of these.
00:49:698 (3,1) - ^
00:51:725 (1) - Too short for an Easy diff.
00:52:941 (1) - Comes too soon after the spinner for an Easy.
01:03:482 (1,2) - Too far apart, and the slider is too fast.

[Hard]
Only going to go through this briefly because I think you need to remove most of the slider velocity changes and be very strict with distance snap.

00:03:482 (1) - This doesn't make any sense, and is too far from the other notes.
00:04:293 (1,2) - Too far apart.
00:07:536 (1,2) - Jumps like this don't make any sense and are confusing.

00:15:239 (1,2,3) - Different slider speeds within the one combo is bad.
00:20:509 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - These short combos are a little messy.
00:26:995 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - These jumps aren't obvious enough.
00:45:137 (1) - This should start at 00:44:833 and end at 00:46:049,
01:00:239 (1,2,3) - The spacing with these notes is wrong.

[thou's Insane]
Combos are too short in this diff. You should aim at making each combo go for a whole bar if possible.
00:12:406 (1) - Add a finish.
00:25:379 (1) - End this at 00:26:190 instead.
00:30:244 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - This overlapping is messy.
00:31:865 (1) - End this at 00:32:676 instead.
00:38:352 (1,2,3,4,1) - It's hard to pick the blue tick in this stack. You might want to spread it out a bit instead, or maybe use a repeat slider.
00:51:527 (1) - End this at 00:52:541 instead.
00:53:149 (2,3) - This jump is a bit too subtle, especially coming straight after a spinner.
01:01:663 (4,5) - It looks weird how the 5 isn't lined up with the 4.

Until you map the entire song, I think this belongs in work-in-progress.

00:31:860(3) - am i seeing this right? the arrow is pointing up. either get rid of that point or turn the last point around

Hard:
thers problems in this map like the slider velocity change. i just cant point it out.

thou's Insane:
Slider tick rate has to be the same as the other 2 diffs.
00:08:757(5,1) - hidden repeat slider. this is unrankable.

-The Sources and tags must be the same in all difficulties, so you have to add Touhou to source in thou and yui difficulties and delete touhou to tags
-You have to use the same time to kiais sections in all difficulties
- In Easy and Normal difficulty are very cut in General. Try to mantain a sequence
