00:10:332 = K K Nah, this doesn't really need any emphasis, nor the squeaks allow for it.
00:43:332 = K I don't think this "shot" is pitched high enough to justify the use of a K. In fact, it's extremely low, so having it be a K wouldn't make sense. In fact, it isn't a K on any of the diffs of my other ikazuchi set - this is just a more breakcore-ish remix, and the sound in this section is the same as in the original.
