Why don't let people submit scores on their own will?
Like when you finish beatmap and go to ranking menu you see...erm...suggestion (?) to submit this score
And if you hit "yes" button it'll be submitted (unexpected), and if you hit "no" it'll just stay in local scores
I think it'd be good for people who "cares too much" about their scores and don't want to see "A", "B" and etc.
*but I don't really know if it's worth time taken to do this*
