OD lower, HP higher, map is really easy imo, and there're easy to get HP, but for newbie players it can be hard to get 300 with OD=3, so I think, you can change it to (OD 3->2-2.5 HP 8 -> 8.5-9)
Nice, a low BPM music with the easiest difficulty should give a lower OD. Change OD to 2. But about HP , it'll too merciless if I've use HP 8.5-9 ;;w;;

Disagree on the first sight, but when I've a testplay, seems better. Removed the finisher.

Yes, It would be nice but as you've said, it'll cause a repetitive patterns. So at those point. I'll use the vocal to determine that should I place a note or not. If the vocal is lound, I'll put a note like 00:22:602. If not , I'll not put a note like 00:25:002
TL;DR - I've put the note considered by the vocal's volume to prevent the repetitive patterns.
