  1. Disable Widescreen Support in all diffs.
  2. Your whistle hitsound turns out to be SILENT,and I didnt see any hitsound samples in your song folder.
  3. I would suggest a lower overall volume, maybe 40%. Current one is too loud for me.

It can clearly show your identification of these two different instruments and give players a clear thought when they are playing.
  2. 00:22:011 (22011|3,22166|2,22322|1,22477|0) - I would suggest you make all of them into LNs because according to the music, these sounds are grouped together with 00:22:477 (22477|3,22633|2,22788|1,22788|3,22943|0,22943|2,23099|3) - , and since you use LNs for the latter guitar sounds, you may also use for previous ones.
  3. 00:25:275 (25275|2) - Move to col2 to avoid the stack of 00:25:120 (25120|2,25275|2) -
  4. 00:27:918 - You don't have any snare/kick drum sounds on this point, so you don't need this double to emphasize, and better change to single instead.

BGs are weird, some are good res and others are really bad res

You have 3 custom hitsound sets and you use parts of them... sometimes.... it's really weird. You dont even use the hitnormal for the set from any of them? Feels STD-like

Diff names are weird but they get the point across I guess

Green lines are also weird, I dont think you need the 5% manipulation when you're not even using hitsounds most of the time

Not a mod, but I'd recommend using the mp3 from https://osu.ppy.sh/s/520082 since its higher quality than the current one.

00:10:474 - Perhaps placing the jacks here in columns void of notes from these chords would help to emphasize the chords on guitar and jacks on drum kicks. https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/9653052 as an example.
00:33:013 (33013|2) - I do hear a sound here though it is very faint. It might be slightly ghost because of that, and extending the LN here 00:32:857 (32857|3) - to the white tick at 00:33:168 - could capture this guitar sound alone and flow into the drums, as an alternative.
00:40:007 - This part may play just a tad bit oddly since a similar sound pattern was mapped this way before 00:37:520 - but this may not be a problem.
01:04:101 - Missing a note here for a cymbal hit?
01:14:049 - Here too
01:22:598 - Same suggestion as first mod
