Snapping notes

Is it important to have notes snapped? In my map, I have A LOT of notes not snapped properly, but it hits to the music.
I have observed other ranked maps, they do not have any unsnapped notes.
So, will the ranking be affected if I do not snap my notes properly?

If Objects aren't snapped properly it is probably because of Slider velocity changes, Objects have to fall on ticks, so make sure that the Bpm and offset are correct if you think some parts are off, Ranking will be affected, as every object has to be snapped properly.

ah, thank you.

EDIT: I resnapped all of my notes (200+). it took me a while but hey, it's finally done
