Quit for a while so wondering what the best option would be

If you want more general improvement play maps you can barely pass (I don't mean maps you have to mash to pass)
or if you want to work on your consistency play for FC

Playing maps you really need to struggle to FC will also make you better in general

Play maps where you learn something. Dosn't matter what you aim for.

I personally played songs 2-3 stars above my level with half time to learn new patterns and songs 1 star below me level on DT to train speed, improved a lot over the past few months
