Well, I think it's common sense that players like 'Krzy', 'Cookiezi', 'M A I D' and 'SilviA' aren't under rated.

An underrated player is a player who (in our opinion) isn't noticed enough for his skills. (e.g not Cookiezi, White Wolf etc.)
