First of all, I noticed you wanted to make looping streams by converting sliders perhaps, but it ended up looking...ugly, imo (for example 01:49:335). Try using Ctrl+Shift+D to make perfect round loop stream.
Secondly, the 300bpm part. This is a HUGE spike in difficulty because of the spacing coupled with the unintuitive flow. I suggest mapping it in a way how "alternating maps" work (pishifat's video covered about it, you might wanna check it out).

00:11:889 (1,2,3,4) - I understand what you trying to do here. Introducing the rotate tool (Ctrl+Shift+R), you'll use it very often for symmetrical patterns. There are lots of imperfect symmetries in this map that suffered from the same problem like this pattern, fix it with this tool. :)
00:38:193 (5,6,7,8) - Music stays the same, yet the spacing increases on 7 and 8. May I ask why?
00:40:907 - There's a drum sound here listening at a slower speed, consider adding notes or a 1/4 slider.
00:42:621 (1,2,3,4) - In the timeline, shift 4 to 1's position and the rest to the right, fits the rhythm better (Tip: always NC on major downbeats, except for special cases). Change the positions of each note accordingly. Lots of section in this map with similar rhythm have the same problem. I'm too lazy to point all out
00:45:050 (1,1) - Two NCs?
00:56:193 (1,2,3) - NC on 3 instead of 1
00:56:193 (1,2,3) - Not an impossible pattern, but the music doesn't warrant a change of spacing for the triple.
01:07:907 (1,2,3,4) - This is a bit too sudden. perhaps making the sliders starts from a slower speed like 1x then gradually increase the speed each slider (Special case: use NC for each SV change please).
01:24:764 (6,7,1) - Same spacing issue as previous triple
02:31:550 (1) - No NC
02:43:621 (1,2,3) - Any reason why these are sliders instead of circles? I don't see any difference if you replace them with circles in terms of gameplay. (Applies to most of the 1/4 sliders)

The rest of the map doesn't have as much problem (or I lost interest and somehow missed them). I would suggest organizing your note placements better, but since I suck at organizing, I'm not one to talk about this.

I also don't care that there's the spike in the diff, that's how the song is like.

  1. 00:02:747 (5,6,7,8) - Did you handmake the stream? It looked really poorly spaced. Would recommend using Ctrl+Shift+D. Same with literally every stream in this map, so I'm not going to point out every single one of them.
  2. 00:03:318 (1) - Unintuitive flow on this slider. Would recommend making it like this
  3. 00:29:032 (1) - Why is this one circle spaced less than the previous jumps? This definitely contradicts beat emphasis on the map.

01:20:193 (1) - The emphasis on this note is much less than the other 1/1 notes before it. In fact, you may want to change the stream's shape a bit so that all of those sounds are emphasized more, since they seem to all be a bit lacking.
01:21:336 (1,2,3,4,1) - The flow here isn't consistent with the previous part of the stream. It makes a weird egg shape.
01:30:764 (1) - The curve on the end of the slider here is ugly. Maybe try something like this?
01:42:050 (4) - Similar issue to above. Call me fussy, but I think the hook on this slider should be more circular.
02:58:192 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Why did you opt for 1/4 sliders instead of a stream here? I'm not sure what it's supposed to emphasize.
03:28:477 (1,2) - Imperfect blanket RIP 0/5
04:30:262 (1,2,3,4,1) - I think you should have the slider here moved to the bottom half of the playing field. The break in circular flow along with the relatively wide jumping angle make hitting this slider extremely uncomfortable.

Thanks for the mod, I don't have much to reply to but one thing, I had the offset checked so many times i stopped counting, pretty sure it's right as it is now but I'll try with your offset too, to see if there's any difference.

00:01:889 (3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3) - This whole stream looks like it's handmade, and not in a good way. having shape change quite drastically at irregular intervals is something you wanna avoid in a stream unless the music supports it.
00:05:175 (2) - potentially overlaps with 00:04:175 (1) as both can be seen in the editor at the same time :p
00:05:604 (5) - Overlaps with 00:06:318 (3) .
00:05:889 (1) - Overlaps with 00:05:175 (2) BADLY.
00:07:604 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - Not quite perfect imo, but better than above.
00:08:461 (1) - Kind of cuts into the stream at 00:07:961 (6) , which looks a little messy.
00:11:461 (3) - Overlaps with 00:11:889 (1) in an unpleasing way.

So I've modded about 1:30 of this map, about the same length as a TV Size map. This is done intentionally, as looking through my mod there's a lot of me repeating myself when I've already made myself clear.
It's not something any mapper want's to hear, I especially wouldn't, but I'm going to suggest that you remap the Death difficulty from scratch, since the effort of fixing every single issue is far greater than just restarting and applying anything you might have learned from this mod.
