HI, here for M4M from my modding queue.
[Kantan]
I'm not sure that you followed the proper sound since at the beginning you should place a note each 3/1, this note 00:01:508 - to me seems so outplace. same with this one 00:06:560 - so I would suggest you to make the structure a bit different: Move this one 00:01:508 - here 00:01:192 - and place here 00:02:139 - a d. Same here 00:02:771 (3,4,5,6) - 00:05:297 (6,7,8) - 00:10:350 (1,2,3) - 00:12:876 (3,4,5) - and so on... the same structure should be followed in each part of the map with the same sound.
In order to follow this sounds 00:00:245 (1,2,3) - I suggest you to switch this note 00:05:297 - to d which would even fit better the actual sound of the song
00:14:771 - place something here to follow this structure 00:04:666 - and I think that d would be the best choise to emphatize the following pitch which is higher.
Same structure here: 00:24:876 - 03:03:402 - 03:13:508 -
Move this one 00:17:929 - here 00:17:771 - cuz the sound is definitively not there. Make it a Big note to emphatize the strong sound of the song.
This note 00:19:192 - here 00:19:034 - for the same reason ^
Make this 00:41:929 (8,9,10) - a kdd in order to follow this structure 00:35:613 (1,2,3,4) - since they have pretty much the same sound/importance
same here 00:52:034 - 01:12:245 - 01:22:350 -
Move 01:03:402 - here 01:03:245 - same with this note 01:04:666 -
Honestly I didn't get what did you map from here 01:26:139 - to here 01:46:350 - ... drum? guitar? try to map the exact same sound of the song, than you delete all but what is fondamental for the rhythm
This 02:52:034 (7,8,9) - has the same sound of this 02:46:981 (1,2,3) - but they are mapped differently
Make this one 03:26:139 (5) - a D since it has the same importance as 03:24:876 -
Moe this one 03:55:192 - here 03:55:034 -
[Futsuu]
Same thing about the initial structure as the kantan
Move 01:03:087 - here 01:03:245 -
From here 02:16:666 - to here 02:36:876 - there is quite a lack of consistency to me.. I can't find a structure but random-like placed patterns
Move this one 04:04:981 - here 04:05:139 - than move a bit the slider
[Muzukashii]
Here it seems to be a problem... Consistency is what makes a map "easy" to catch for a player, I mean, you should build a structure and repeat it in each part of the map which has the same sound, in this way when a player hears a certain sound he can easily image how did you map that piece. In this difficulty you repeated some structures but sometimes not in the same situation or you random placed them. I'll make an example:
This structure 00:10:350 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - is repeated here 00:15:402 - which is "right" according to consistency but I can't explain this thing 00:13:192 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - since they should be mapped in the same way...
Pls don't get me wrong, you said you were kinda new in mapping and I'm just trying to explain you something that no one explains to beginner mappers, even in guides, but is the soul of ranking cryteria. I suggest you than to remap this part/diff studying a bit more the song. Demetori maps are known to be kinda repetitive so you should be able to make a good map even with few structures. If you need help doing it, pm me. I'll check this mapset even in the future if you need.
[Oni and Inner Oni]
Same as Muzukashii
Once you have clearely understand how consistency works, I suggest you modding a bit, so that you can make experience in mapping. Not necessarely for gaining mods, even NMs.
Hope it was Helpful! Let me know if you have some questions, I'll be available ;D

Thanks a lot for taking a bit of your time for me ! (/ °oo°)/
I'll check everything and yeah, as you said at the end, I have to do modding for people to get experience in modding / mapping.
