since you asked for input on discord here's some stylistic stuff (pls get metadata and whatnot cuz i love this song actually)

normal
* 00:01:471 (3,4) - you stacked the other two pairs so why not stack this as well?
* 00:05:521 (4) nc should be here not on 00:05:671 (1) if you listen to the music
* 00:10:771 (5,6) - not sure why this is stacked when 00:08:971 (3,4) / 00:09:571 (3,4) / 00:11:371 (3,4) aren't
* 00:14:371 (3,4) - ^
* 00:14:371 (3,4) - maybe it's just me but i don't hear a note on the (4)
* 00:22:771 (3,4) should match 00:23:671 (3,4) imo - either both get the partial stack or they're both separated, i think both stacked is best
* 00:23:221 (2,3,4) - https://imgur-archive.ppy.sh/NKA8QLu.png imo sounds better as https://imgur-archive.ppy.sh/AoGQMdQ.png or alternatively as https://imgur-archive.ppy.sh/YDJ0KfW.png (i personally like the latter more but either is workable)

pretty nitpicky stuff but would probably apply going forward but that's just my stylistic sensibilities, none of this is required, obviously you're just looking for SUPER early input so nbd :p would love to see this get worked on more though! the intro is super cool and i like the song a lot so it'd be neat to see what you can do with it :]

Ok, so this video (which I believe is the artists, as it is on their official site), lists the song as DECO*27 - HIBANA feat. Hatsune Miku, with the Japanese translation of ヒバナ feat. 初音ミク, meaning that...

Artist: DECO*27
Title: ヒバナ feat. 初音ミク
Romanised Title: HIBANA feat. Hatsune Miku
Judging by the channels other uploads, HIBANA is intended to be in all caps, as other songs use different capitalisation, such as Ghost Rule, for example.
You'll also want a background for this map. Let me suggest the one from the official music video, which I've resized for you.

If that isn't enough evidence, then the tracklist for the album displays the song as:



As for tags, I'll send a list over Discord when I make it.
