Setup: I don't see reason for last timing point, could you please explain or, if it's a mistake, delete it
I guess you should ask BN or QAT about double hitsounds on mania diffs, I had some cases with it and BNs told me it's better to not use double hitsounds (sorry if it was discussed before).

I think OD HP 7,8 is too high for 1,86* , there are some LNs that players will lost accuracy on

00:16:527 (16527|3,16688|3,16850|2) - last note can be shifted to left hand to make pattern more comfortable, I guess previous points can be changed too (00:04:269 (4269|2,4430|2,4592|3) - 00:14:592 (14592|0,14753|0,14914|1) ) but you can keep them as for pitch relevance. Exactly this one ( 00:16:850 - ) can be shifted because it's not really pitch related

00:25:882 (25882|2,26043|2,26205|2,26366|2,26527|2) - would be better if you do not so sudden thing, whole map is pretty calm and you are placing five 1/4 notes on one column, I guess many players will miss here and rage :p

about this pattern 00:28:463 - pitch here is gradually increasing and I can see your pattern is going to emphasize it but last LN is breaking the PR 00:30:721 (30721|0) . First 3 LNs are going to right side (represents PR) and last one is on the first column, what looks like pitch suddenly fell down (I'm saying about https://puu.sh/yEKBv/f3d20857b8.png)
My suggestion is to make 1/2 LNs go 1>2>3>4. Like this: https://puu.sh/yEKG4/7718b67e02.png

00:32:334 (32334|2,32495|1,32656|0,32817|1,32979|2) - stair-shaped pattern is not really suitable for it, better keep using pattern like this 00:42:656

00:06:850 (6850|2,7172|1) - CTRL+H, pitch is going up here. Also it makes that more balanced

00:10:398 - pitch is going up here and you can make it a linear stair, why'd you make it broken pattern?

I don't want to mention out many about PR, it looks like you are trying to make it PRed but it's awfully broken in many places, you randomly swap high/low pitch sides and it looks not PRed properly. Sure if you will be following PR 100% accurately, it will be repetitive and boring, my suggestion is to consistenly mirror pitch side (maybe every 1/1 tick or less often).

original was 4321 1234 then I changed it to 1321 4234 and I got bad feedback from various sources regarding "plagiarism". I'll think of another pattern then

  3. 00:18:463 (18463|2) - maybe move this into column 2 to avoid layering?
  4. 00:48:463 (48463|1) - F5 too fixed all
