Finally done! I really can't believe that not too many people jumped on such an amazing song. Maybe it was the odd swing factor that was really tricky to create and work with throughout the song. Anywho, she's finally done. Special thanks to Jayde and Mister for their modding help!

Modding: (random threads :3)

meh
00:30:428 (1,2,3,4) - Make spacing all the same
00:53:664 (5,6,7) - Make spacing bigger for added emphasis
01:00:723 (2) - Make theses sliders more organic
^^ I've noticed this a few times, try reading this for better blankets: t/208596

Overall, good map, if you want to rank this, you'll need other difficulties
Maybe too short on kiai time?
Good use of hitsounds
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the good advice. I think I understood the basis of your criticisms and did my best to correct them. This is my first time making a beatmap that I hope to get ranked so I'm really looking for help. It's getting harder to make things good as the difficulty increases, though. are there any popular patterns that are commonly featured in hard and insane maps with a lower tempo?
Jayde
I'm sure there's a standalone post discussing this but here's some ideas anyways + modding

For sliders I'd recommend looking at this >> t/208596
For lower BPM's I was looking for some maps but realised I don't play them much anymore xD, so here are some maps I really like in general for their mapping
https://osu.ppy.sh/s/406025 << Particularly Insane
https://osu.ppy.sh/b/805256&m=0 << Particularly Guy's Insane
https://osu.ppy.sh/b/1256329 << Insane but kinda also the extra

Main patterns are hit circles that form a triangle, a star, or hit circles that cause you to go back and forth (the switching of velocities adds more difficulty, rather than just streams [there are rarer patterns where streams layer back onto themselves, but I don't see them much])
Also triple hit circle stacks and triple clicks that aren't stacked, like in this map >> https://osu.ppy.sh/b/139597 (Look at Lunatic)

In general, whenever a song has repeating phrases of music, reflect that in the beatmap by instead of repeating the same mapping (which is lazy and often feels boring to play) have the same beats but change the pattens
This map doesn't really represent what I just said, but definitely does everything really right: https://osu.ppy.sh/b/135247 (look at Insane)

Honestly there are more patterns but I would just play more songs to see, here's a pp farming list, they have more popular songs that are quite polished https://grumd.github.io/osu-pps/

Modding:
Hard
00:09:856 (1,2,3) - Weird spacing for the first 2 notes
00:11:621 (7,8) - Too close
00:39:269 (3,4) - Make the stack at the end of the slider for the hit circle look neater, like you did at 00:38:387 (1,2)
Light Hard
00:11:327 (5,6) - Since the note is played fast, you could make this a perfect stack
00:17:210 (2,3) - Bigger spacing here
00:23:680 (12,13) - Definitely don't make this a perfect stack, since there is a pause in timing, instead move it away from the end of the slider to better indicate this (as previously the player understands these notes in your beatmap to be played fast)
00:31:916 (13,14) - Bigger spacing here
00:47:799 (1,2) - Bigger spacing here
00:49:269 (5,6) - Instead, place an extra hit circle between these notes and make another triple click (2 hit cicles and slider) and then place them closer to note 5 (the slider)
00:50:446 (8,9) - Stack to make it look nicer
01:01:329 (3,4) - Decrease spacing
01:09:564 (9,10) - More spacing
01:25:447 (1,2,3,4,5) - Just use distance snapping for the weird timing at the end of the song
Normal
00:11:768 (6,1) - Could have the same spacing like you did at 00:14:121 (6,1)
00:17:210 (2,3) - Have an extra hit circle between these notes
00:52:212 (3,4) - Don't directly stack, since there is a pause
00:53:682 (5,6,7) - More spacing to emphasise the music
01:24:419 (4,5) - More spacing
Easy
00:12:503 (1,2,3) - Spacing doesn't reflect the timing

Gl for future mapping!
Mister
Modding Hard because its the one I have more experience with.

For a hard I think that the slider velocity is too high.
The offset starts when the music starts not when the vocals start, the offset its 738 or something like that.
If you only want to map vocals, then go ahead, but don't change from vocals to instrumental in the middle of the song, like you did here: 00:18:386 (10,11,12) -
Map both at the same time or only map one, don't change them in the middle.
00:07:208 - Why there is a bookmark here tho? It doesn't change anything in the playing but it doesn't have sense.

When you make a difficulty use distance snap and turn off the grid. If you want to make a jump change the distance snap to double or something. When you make a jump it has to make sense with the music. The jumps are done to represent a sound of the music, so you can't just change snapping if the music doesn't change.

00:21:916 (7,8,9) - Here you made 3 different sliders, to make a pattern like that just copy and paste sliders, and with Ctrl+R rotate them.

The notes has to be snapped to the White red or blue ticks.
00:35:691 (7) - This note its not snapped.
00:11:621 (7) - The end of this slider its not snapped.
00:37:014 (8) - This not its not snapped.
00:37:161 (9) - Not snapped.
00:37:750 (10) - Not snapped.
00:41:720 (7) - Not snapped.
00:42:750 (9) - Not snapped.
The kiai and the end of the kiai are not snapped.
The bitrate of the music is too high, you should compress it to 192kbps at least.

If you think the mod its useful click on "Give kudos", it gives me a reward and your map gains priority.

Thanks so much Mister! I had no idea that could happen. strangely, I don't remember ever switching to a waltz-style beat divider but it ended up on those snaps. I'm really new to this so I'll try my best to learn a thing or two while I do it and take plenty of advice from those who are more knowledgeable than i am.
