Changing shape for 00:42:640 (3,4) - these ones would work nice here. What are you think about changing them to straight ones? sounds reasonable but maybe no sorry, the lyrics is a sentence itself after all, I should make a clean pattern here.
00:51:404 (3,4,5) - I think this spacing is too different for easy diff. I prefer change it to 1 during entire of pattern to keep consistency. o shit

I don't get the logic behaind why "o.mp3" file exists in folder, it's another song file so you should delete it hence.
I think adding kiais like ones on other diffs to Hikan's diff is fine option just because it looks better and works better for consistency across difficulties.
What are you think about adding SliderBorder and SliderTrackOverride colours to joker's insane diff?
It doesn't matter at all but you can turn off widescreen mode on Hikan's and on Akitoshi's diffs.
Also, this isn't an issue but if Easy, Normal and Extra diffs have capsed first letter in name, why insane haven't?
I won't do metadata check here because you have good resources in description.

I really don't think so you should put circle 00:33:876 (2) - here, because rhythm on next red tick feels like it shouldn't be clickable. I think rhythmical ctrl+g 00:33:876 (2,3) - here would works nice here. ctrl+g it's not very a good idea because 00:34:045 - need to clickable there is a piano sound
00:43:989 (1,2) - What are you think about using 1.0DS here like you did on rest of the map just to keep consistency?

00:03:539 (2,3,4,5,6) - idk the rhythm that you're choosing to follow here is kinda obscure, like on an immediate playthough, I don't think people will be focusing on the guitar in the background
00:35:730 (7) - it kinda seems really dense here so you could just delete this note tbh, the slider for 6 make an abrupt stop to go along w/ the vocals so it works fine enough if you remove it (plus there's not anything too remarkable on 7 rn and it goes much better since it's transitioning to a slower part)
00:55:449 (2,3,4) - better rhythm below tbh

I guess this mostly ended up just being a mod for the normal lol, but the extra is kinda meh in comparison to some of the other stuff, a lot of like straight-hard cut stuff like 00:48:034 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - with equal spacing kinda doesn't develop a whole bunch of emphasis on any specific note. Circle sequences such as 00:51:067 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - really don't have a whole lot of focus to them, which kinda just end up making them seem like circles to raise the difficulty imo. Because of all the sharp movement n stuff, things like 00:10:618 (2,3,4,5,6) - end up looking like it'd be pretty awk in gameplay just cuz of the angles also im kinda shook that 00:14:326 - the supposedly calm section has a lot more circle compared to after the next green at 00:24:944 - clickable

idk the extra kinda just ended up not having enough contrast between certain points

00:13:483 (6,7,8) - little bit hard to tell these are 1/4 jumps as the spacing is similar to 00:12:303 (3,4) which is 1/2. 01:12:303 (1,2,3) - here it's the same pattern but much more readable bc the previous jumps are much larger.
00:37:247 (1,2,3) - 2 would look better as a curved slider, as other patterns have symmetrical sliders.
