Problem Details:

Every once in a while when i start osu it refreshing my maps.
And i have around 62k maps, Why is it happeining?
Should i just delete some maps?

There probably is a corrupt beatmap that triggers this behavior. See if there's a map with "//" as a title, and delete it.
