[resolved] PP error

Hello,
I have problem, I played this beatmap: https://osu.ppy.sh/s/43466, i make new record but I hasn't got any pp, and I want them, because it was my personal record... I tried osu support page but there is nothing that can help me... After that i played another beatmap and i got pp, so i think there is no problem on my side... You probably played it while you had no connection to Bancho at the time. It suck but you will have to replay while online.

I was online full time, i mean internet... But idk what is bancho :D

PP is a weighted system, so that 100PP score probably didnt give you that much PP as your account has a lot of 100-120pp plays.

It's not that problem...

His play wasn't submitted

You'll have to achieve the score again if it didn't submit, whether it was Bancho's fault or your internet.

FYI: Bancho is what keeps osu! connected. If you're not connected to Bancho, you're not connected to anyone else. Connect to Bancho? Connect to everyone else (i think :P) Notice how when you look at online users, the top left says osu!bancho and who's connected


^^What the rest have said, your score didn't submit which means, unfortunately, you'll have to play the map again. Whosever fault it was, bancho's or you internet, you'll have to try playing it again for the score to count

Oh, that sucks.

Ty for help guys ^^ I think it was bancho problem because like i said i was connected to internet full time. Ty again and I'm going to make new record :D
