The name of the mp3 can't contain any foreign characters. You'll need to change the mp3 name to something else, then do a full submission.

Your BPM was just about spot on. Here's my timing:

88 BPM/200 Offset

There are a few discrepancies with spacing you should go through and adjust with Distance Snap locked (on the right side of the editor). Just click on an already placed note and it will auto-adjust the distance it should be at.

some distance of hit-circle or slider is not good.
adjust them so your map can be better. :)

I find those one-second breaks to be rather unnecessary. Also, I've noticed the spacing is rather inconsistent. I'll point those out later when I find the time.

Other than those issues, I find this to be a pretty solid beatmap.

another batch of stuffs:

step1:
delete all other timing sections and...
01:46:562 - make a new timing section here, change the hitsound to "soft" and go to "timing setup panel" in "timing" tab, check the "inherit previous timing settings" at the upper left part of the panel.
02:26:109- same as above, but instead change the hitsound to "normal"
..after doing the two above, resnap all notes (timing menu > resnap all notes)

step2:
tickrate to 2
remove ALL the whistle hitsound starting at 02:35:654~END. whistle hitsound does not belong to this song :)
remove the last timing section, 03:01:904
03:00:881 - put a circle here.

step3:
resnap all notes

or does it have another meaning for it?

anyways,
last one. i overlooked/heard these last time..
step1: remove the whistle hitsound at the last part too...
step3: are you SURE that you snapped all notes here?
(go to timing menu > resnap all notes, and DOUBLE CHECK the whole map.)

all difficulties:
remove all timing sections for hitsounds, use 19301 offset, then put all timing sections for hitsounds back, and resnap all notes.

step3:
set tickrate to 2, current tickrate doesnt sound good.
