First of all when you use too many timing points to reset your metronome you know something is wrong (there are exceptions of course but if there's something following generic rhythms it's anime/idol songs). so I wouldn't closely follow octagonals suggestion. This should be relatively fine with only 1 main timing point instead of ... a lot :P.

What bothers me the most though is the bpm I had to select, the song should be 165 bpm but I ended up with something in the region of 164.65 which should not be correct under normal circumstances. May I ask where you got your mp3? cause it may be ever so slightly distorted.

There is a ranked beatmap of this song, I would suggest to just steal the mp3 from there for now (feel free to credit where you got it from if you wish).
That mp3 follows constant 165 as it should.

Also the way you use this "code" is open the difficulty in notepad (there should be an option in the editor under File>Open .osu in Notepad), locate the [Timing Points] section and replace it with the given code. Then all you have to do is save the notepad file and either exit and reenter the editor or go to File>Revert to Saved (Full).

Nonetheless, as said before. I would suggest you grab a proper mp3 since I think (I may be wrong -haven't seen it happen before-) that this one is distorted.

I think the offset is wrong. I found 2232 to be a better offset.

Also, I don't have enough time to do a full mod right now, but I like your general ideas. I think it just needs some more work on the aesthetics. It looks like it will play fine, but the structure isnt as organized as it could be. Keep up the good work
