Lets see it, extract the difficulty in edit mode, after pressing file, and upload the file to Google, Mediafire, Dropbox, etc,

(how to extract the file) : GO INTO EDIT MODE (Your Diff).... Once done, hover over file and hover over to Export Package and it will download for u

Heyo! I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to explain to why you cannot make this map. (You can if you read these rules)

Your BPM does not match the song because of varieties of different sounds and beats.
First of all, your timing on the map is a bit... off, what I mean be this is that one of the map is off on timing.
You cannot have custom names, unless its for the map, the diffs name has to be Bandicoot related.
A beatmap cannot be less than 30 seconds, one of your maps is 28 or 29 seconds, if you can extend this just a tiny bit, you will be able to map this meme, or song.

If you can somehow fix all of these, or A-Ok! :)
